I am a huge believer in the power of music and how music is a great healer all by itself but when combined with hypnotic suggestion, this really brings in the WOW factor and catapults the therapy to another level.
All sessions include the use of specially chosen music to make this the most powerful experience, allowing you to get exactly what you need from the session, whether it be processing, clarity, understanding, or something else.


I use hypnotherapy to tap into the unconscious mind and find out where the problem, behaviour, thought or emotion originates from, and use a variety of specifically tailored techniques to let them go.
This is done by gently guiding clients into a state of deep relaxation, as in this space we are really open to possibility and are much more suggestible and able to make the best possible changes.
Some describe hypnotherapy as like going in the back door of the brain and can be a much faster process that traditional ‘talk’ therapies. However. my belief is a blend of different techniques always works best.
The next step is to instal more positive and healthy beliefs, thoughts and emotions to reprogramme the brain and help create truly lasting change.
Our minds are so powerful and just thinking about something makes the body react therefore, we can utilise this adaptability of the brain in hypnotherapy sessions to make shifts to our desired way of being. This shift makes way for healthier thoughts, responses and habits which lead to a happier and healthier way of living. Every session is about you and you are always in full control.

What to expect
The Process

The first session will always be an in-depth conversation and an overview of your history in relation to what you would like to change, what your goals are and how you would like to feel differently.

The next session will be specifically designed for you from the information shared in the first session, and we will start working on what you would like to change, getting you closer to your goals and ambitions.

You will set goals for the week ahead and be given a personalised hypnotherapy recording to listen to.

Each of the sessions that follow will always start with a discussion on how your week has been, what has changed, how you feel differently, and what has come to light that you would like to work on next.

In every conversation, I am looking for areas that may be helpful to work on based on your wants and needs as well as the language you use and importantly what you don’t say sometimes.

Every session will be tailored to you to support and guide you to your ultimate desired outcome. As your guide, i will be right there with you every step of the way so you always feel supported.

The aim is you will leave with a positive, purposeful shift in your desired area, closer to your ultimate goals, and with a set of different tools and techniques to help you in your everyday life.

What can Freemind help with?

All individual sessions cost £80.00 each.
Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes
l am committed to helping you get exactly what you need from these sessions and use a combination of hypnotherapy, mindfulness, talk therapy as well as practical activities, to really embed the work we are doing together. All sessions are unique just as we are and are tailored to suit the individual. We all need and respond to different types of support at different times in our life. I will do everything I can to help you feel safe, supported and clear on what we are doing and why, throughout the process. You are always the one in control of the work we do together and we can work at whatever pace and way feels safe for you.
Discounts are available for block bookings, students, low income, NHS workers and education staff.
